  Not happy with this place at all the receptionist is very rude the first time I took my kitten there she was rude. I thought she was just having a bad day I was wrong. I tried to change an appt. she would not let me talk she was talking over me the whole. I will be looking for another hospital for my kitten.

  I DO NOT recommend Banfield. I have a puppy, he needed all his shots so I decided to buy a wellness plan, once he got all the shots he needed I continued paying for the wellness plan. The puppy is 8 months old, and I have had him for 6 months in which I already had 2 situations. The first one was when his eyes were tearing and he could not see because of the infection. I kindly called in and asked if they can just quickly see him, but a mean lady told me to wait 2 weeks for a visit. The second situation was when he had diarrhea and I started seeing blood, it is a very dangerous sign for puppies, but the lady told me that she has an availability in almost 4 weeks for a visit or takw him to the ER! He could pass away in four weeks with the bacteria and uncontrollable diarrhea. Basically, paying for the wellness plan is just like throwing the money out to the garbage because they can never help your pet!!!
