  I went to the Burbank location and received excellent service. When you go, ask for Maria! She was patient, knowledgeable, and had great customer service. She worked to get be the best deals which included a bundle on my living room set and a storage bench that I just had to have. She was great! And the quality of the furniture was exceptional! It definitely rivals it's big name competitors. I would definitely shop there again. Thanks again Maria for all of your help today!!!!

  My husband and I purchased some living room furniture that was delivered the New Year weekend, the delivery crew just threw our furniture together with no regards to the problems that will follow their delivery. I had to call the customer care department because of course our furniture was not put together properly and was told that they will reschedule appointment for someone to come out and look at it and they did, however when I told the guy about how it was put together properly because the back of the couches moves and there is too much space in between the pieces and I was told that the spaces was need because the end piece recline. My love couch came apart when my husband got up. So I called again and now I'm pissed because I have been given the run every since our purchase. Service was scheduled for 2/10/18 and was told that we would get a text two days prior to the service date with a time frame. Will 2/10 is here and no text and when I called to ask about our service appointment, I was told that we weren't in the system for today after a supervisor by the name of Jenny scheduled it. Spoke another supervisor by the name of Tye who gave me more fake apologies that I am truly sick of hearing because non of it is true. Now our service appointment is scheduled for 2/24/18 two weeks from when it should have been. No refund for this mess. We have a huge credit limit with Bob that I promise you we will not be using it. With business like this Bob will not be in business for long. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. GO TO THE ROOM PLACE , VALUE CITY, CARSON'S JYST TI NAME A FEW PLACES THAT STAND BY THE PRODUCT.
